My Life Mission: As a powerful yet gentle hearted man of wisdom and faith, I strive earnestly to co-create an authentically peaceful world full of compassionate people by healing, teaching, leading and loving as God would. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addiction Counselor, Trained Spiritual Director committed to serving the community with compassion, discipline and integrity by providing quality care, instruction, leadership and spiritual resource. I have over 25 years of counseling, training, clinical supervision and management experience in the mental health field. Presently, I operate Wisdom Counseling in Littleton, CO, providing individual, couple or family counseling for many personal issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, addictions and relationship issues. I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, and am licensed in Colorado as a Clinical Social Worker and Certified as an Addiction Counselor, level 3. I am also formally trained as a Spiritual Director, with over 30 years of leadership in retreat ministry and a lifetime of growth related pursuits. This enables me to offer assistance to people of faith, seeking counseling in an environment which honors and respects your faith, or spiritual direction which is much more specifically focused on exploring and improving your relationship with God. |

My Life Mission: As a godly woman, I co-create a healing world through wisdom, faith, love and acceptance by assisting others on their journey from darkness into light; from unclear into focus. I have over 10 years of Coaching experience and over 30 years experience in retreat ministry, group facilitation, and consultation. Through Wisdom Coaching, I assist individuals in actively moving in the direction they wish to grow. As a trained Spiritual Director, I journey with individuals along their spiritual path toward God. I lead workshops and retreats which allow individuals to see with clarity the gifts, values and challenges that influence their everyday spirituality. Along with my Life Coach training, I hold a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. My experience includes; special education services, college and staff development instructor, Colorado Department of Education Interim Assistive Technology Director, consultant, team facilitator, mediator and trainer. |
